We are looking for an experienced Registered Practice Nurse -Div 1, to join and help develop our busy practice with our highly skilled nurse team. Our Practice is in a prime position in St Albans next to train station.

The practice nurse is responsible for however not limited to:

Triage

Administration of childhood immunizations

Administration of travel immunizations

Preparation & administration of COVID-19 vaccinations

Wound Care Management

Ear Syringing

Knowledge of accreditation standards

Patient reminders/recalls

Chronic Disease Management & Health Assessments

Iron Infusion

Cervical Screening

Venepuncture

Cold Chain Management and Stock Management

AIR Updates

About you:

Have a warm and reassuring approach towards patients.

Energetic and enthusiastic about nursing in general practice and have a good sense of humor.

Ability to be methodical, organized and be able to prioritize your work.

Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with doctors and nurses.

Looking for a long-term nursing career in general practice.

Must be able work Monday to Friday between 9am-7pm.

The successful candidate/s must have:

Current AHPRA Registration

Registered (Div 1)

Must have 3 Years General Practice working experience.

Must have knowledge with Best Practice Software

This is a Mixed Billing Clinic.
