Re. Plastic surgery is a leading plastic surgery practice in Australia. We have two experienced, well-regarded plastic surgeons, Dr Richard Bloom and Dr Kim Taylor, who specialise in breast, body, and facial cosmetic surgery.

We’re seeking someone who thrives on responsibility, precision, and patient connection. This role offers variety across pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care in an advanced, supportive environment.

Available from November 2026 but negotiable start date for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct and comprehensive nursing and treatment care to patients throughout their surgical journey.

Provide clinical assistance in pre-surgery, in-room operations, and post-operative settings.

Coordinate and oversee continuity of care between the nursing, surgical, and administrative teams.

Escalate patient concerns or clinical deterioration promptly and professionally.

Ensure strict compliance with infection control and professional practice standards.

Perform and manage clinical photography in line with patient consent and confidentiality.

Complete and maintain all patient documentation accurately and within required timeframes.

Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical systems and patient experience.

About You

AHPRA Registered Nurse (essential).

Minimum 3 years’ surgical or perioperative experience — plastic, cosmetic, or day surgery highly regarded.

Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse clinical workload.

Excellent attention to detail and strong clinical judgement.

Warm, professional manner with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with infection control, wound care, and surgical protocols.
