The Role:

• Supporting a #1 Agent in the Inner West
• Manage around 100 campaigns per year with hands-on involvement
• Proactively prospecting for new listings and expanding the client database to drive business growth
• Coordinating and conducting open homes
• Attending & Preparing for Auctions
• Callbacks, scoping for new opportunities with existing clients
• Managing communication and relationships with buyers and vendors
• Negotiating sales
• Analyzing the market & trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Real estate experience is ideal however not essential
• Certificate of Registration
• Reliable car and driver’s license
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-driven
