About the Role
 This is a key support role within the sales department, partnering with another Sales Administrator to manage all facets of contract administration and sales support. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring smooth processes, compliance, and exceptional service from contract to settlement.
Duties
- Prepare and process sales contracts and related documents
 - Liaise with agents, conveyancers, and clients to ensure accuracy
 - Maintain compliance and record-keeping standards
 - Support the team with marketing administration and listings
 
Skills & Experience
- Background in residential sales administration or coordination
 - Excellent attention to detail and organisation
 - Strong communication and teamwork skills
 - Confidence with CRM and contract management systems
 - Real estate experience essential
