We’re seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to support our Dealers and Farmers using Ag Leader’s innovative hardware and software. This Adelaide-based role works closely with our APAC team and liaises daily with Ag Leader’s Global Support Team.

What You’ll Work On

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Ag Leader Dealers and Farmers via phone, video, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Ag Leader’s Global Support Team to escalate, track, and close complex cases.
• Deliver training to Dealers (remote and in-person) to showcase product features and best practices.
• Conduct on-site visits with Dealers where needed to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain clear case notes, knowledgebase articles and feedback loops to Product Managers and Engineering Teams.
• Contribute to Demonstration Days, Dealer Events and Customer Roadshows.

About You

• Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or a related technical field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Comfortable presenting to groups. (workshops through to larger events)
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Collaborative, customer-centric and a good sense of humour.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with precision ag hardware and software. (Highly Regarded)
• Previous ag-tech support or field service experience (Highly Regarded)
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel as required.
• Full working rights in Australia.
