Fetch Recruitment is seeking both experienced and entry-level Civil Labourers to join multiple ongoing projects across Melbourne's South East.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting subcontractors with concreting, drainage & stormwater works
• Digging trenches & installing electrical / NBN conduits
• General site setup & clean-up (fencing, flagging, moving materials)
• Spotting machinery & working as part of a strong site team
• Operating machinery (Roller, Loader, Moxy & more – tickets required)

What’s on offer

• $34 – $36.26 per hour (depending on experience)
• Travel allowance – $21.94 per day
• Meal allowance – $18.51 (after 9.5hrs worked)

What we’re looking for

• White Card (Essential)
• Valid driver’s licence + reliable transport
• Previous civil labouring experience highly regarded (but not essential)
• Willingness to do a D&A test
• Plant/machinery tickets desirable (but not a deal-breaker)
