The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Corporate Account Executive to join a dynamic and client focused brokerage. In this role, you will be the 2IC to the Corporate Senior Broker in managing complex risk portfolios, developing tailored insurance programs, and nurturing long term client relationships. You’ll play a critical part in crafting bespoke solutions for high value and corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and risk management outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Senior Broker in managing a portfolio of corporate clients
• Research, analyse, and present complex risk cases through detailed reports and proposals
• Develop and implement tailored insurance programs based on client needs and risk profiles
• Build and maintain strong, long term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate with insurers to achieve optimal terms, conditions, and pricing
• Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and product innovations
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell insurance solutions across the client base
Experience Required:
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a corporate or major accounts team within an insurance brokerage
• Proven ability to research, write, and present complex risk cases
• Experience managing high-net-worth or corporate client portfolios
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver strategic, client focused results
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
