Position: IT Coordinator

Location: Perth, SOR

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Position Overview:
OUI Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join a large multinational corporation. This strategic role involves overseeing IT systems and network infrastructure across multiple international locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure across Perth, project sites, and international offices

Develop recommendations to improve and expand the IT network

Coordinate with external IT service providers and monitor SLAs

Manage end-user technology including workstations, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices

Oversee LAN, WAN, server, storage, and locally hosted applications

Establish secure gateways and communication channels across locations

Develop and implement data security plans ensuring compliance with IT security regulations

Troubleshoot network issues in coordination with third-party providers

Perform IT planning and develop business cases for technology projects

Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement

Maintain lifecycle management of all IT hardware and software assets

Develop cybersecurity architecture and regularly assess security risks

Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning

Role Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of IT systems and networking experience

Minimum 3 years of IT supervisory or management experience

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

Innovative mindset with ability to align IT functions with business needs

Ability to travel to project sites as needed

Technical Requirements:

Relevant technical certifications highly desirable

Strong experience with Azure, SharePoint, and Intune

Experience managing IT vendors and service providers

Proficiency with network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, server administration, and storage

Experience with cybersecurity architecture, risk assessment, and compliance

Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity processes

Strong documentation and technical writing skills
