Macarthur Football Association seeks staff for our new "Lynwood Cafe" grand opening in November 2025. We are looking for a Barista to join our exciting MFA team and deliver a great coffee experience for our local football community. We are also seeking several staff to assist in the day-to-day running of our new cafe. All staff will be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer service experience for all those who visit.

What our Barista will be doing:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to customers

Delivering attentive and friendly table service (if required)

Ensuring the cafe is well-stocked, clean and well-presented

Assisting with food preparation and plating as needed

Handling cash and processing payments accurately

Adhering to all health and safety regulations

What our Cafe Staff will be doing:

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Barista and/or Waiter in a cafe or restaurant

Customer service experience in a previous role

Must be available to work on weekends

Excellent customer service skills, friendly, and delivering our service with a smile

Ability to work efficiently in a team

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

Responsible approach to food handling and safety
