You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic programme, supporting the Team Leader Day Clubs and bringing your top-notch communication and organisational skills to the table. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and deliver engaging group activities for seniors
  • Motivate and support customers to promote independence
  • Coordinate new customer referrals and wellness reviews
  • Supervise and train employees and volunteers
  • Manage day-to-day club operations and transport
  • Maintain safety, comfort, and personal care for customers
  • Use client record systems and MS Office Suite
  • Liaise with stakeholders to promote Day Club services

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone with a passion for community and senior support. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disabilities or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of contemporary senior programs and wellness approaches
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Experience supervising teams and managing programs
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills
  • National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
  • Current C Class Driver’s Licence (LR and First Aid desirable)
  • Ability to deliver culturally appropriate care
