We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Do

Support the Finance team across month-end and year-end close activities, including revenue accounting, variance analysis, reconciliations, and audit preparation.

Deliver financial analysis and insights to identify business drivers, trends, and variances — translating data into meaningful recommendations.

Collaborate with the FP&A team to prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports across Parratech’s investment portfolios and corporate operations.

Build and refine financial models used for forecasting and scenario planning.

Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting processes and improve analytical capabilities.

Contribute to continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic clarity across the finance function.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (or equivalent professional experience).

Experience in project accounting, management accounting, or cost control within a dynamic business environment.

Advanced Excel skills, including PowerPivot, dashboards, and complex financial modelling.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you can simplify complexity and build trusted relationships.

A proactive, curious approach — always seeking better ways to deliver value through data and insight.
