About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician who takes pride in doing things right the first time. You’re detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and genuinely enjoy helping customers. You treat every system you service like it’s your own — making sure it runs perfectly and the client walks away happy.

You’ll handle service and maintenance for residential systems, diagnose faults, and deliver quality workmanship with care and precision. This is a hands-on role for someone who values professionalism and long-term stability — not quick fixes or rushed jobs.

Duties

Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems

Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing

Identify issues and communicate clear solutions to customers

Maintain accurate service records and job notes

Uphold company standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Work collaboratively with the service and support teams

Skills & Experience

Qualified Air Conditioning Service Technician (Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)

Minimum 5 years’ residential service experience

Excellent technical knowledge and diagnostic skills

Strong communication and customer service abilities

Reliable, self-motivated, and organised

Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
