About the Role
We are seeking a Service Delivery Associate, a key position within the SK tes team, dedicated to providing exceptional and efficient service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation, including administrative and communication systems.
• Manage records for both staff and customers.
• Process sales orders efficiently.
• Provide clients with information regarding a variety of products and services.
• Coordinate and process new customer after-sales orders.
• Address all inquiries and service requests received through phone, email, and our website thoroughly and efficiently.
• Deliver advanced support in Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Experience:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and its functionalities.
• Strong computer literacy and software proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Competency in Microsoft Word and other relevant applications.
