About The Role

As you would expect, the key responsibility for this position is to manage all aspects of the residential conveyancing engagement from the preparation of sales contracts through to finalisation/settlement. Whilst having an amazing level of autonomy, you will receive ongoing support from the Partners.

Your duties will include:

• Managing all aspects of residential property transactions, including liaising with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, and real estate agents
• Addressing client inquiries, providing guidance throughout the conveyancing process
• Drafting and preparing all necessary documentation, including settlement calculations
• Identify and resolve any issues or complications that may arise during the conveyancing process
• Regular liaison with clients (in person, phone & email)

Whilst this role has been designed as a full-time opportunity, the firm would consider an experienced Licensed Conveyancing professional who only wants to work school hours.

• An unrestricted Conveyancing Licence
• A minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing
• Proficiency in using LEAP and PEXA
• Effective time and file management skills
• High attention to detail
• An ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Highly developed communication skills
• Pleasant and confident phone manner
• Confidence in communicating with clients and other team members
• Ability to provide clients with high level and quality professional service
• Ability to work independently but also to work in a team environment

Remuneration & How to Apply

Like similar roles, remuneration is based on experience though this firm is seeking a quality person. A base salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 plus statutory superannuation can be expected. (Remember they also provide a car space).
