General Public Food Co is on the hunt for a vibrant, hands-on assistant manager to help lead our brand-new venue in Marmion. Known for our epic pizza, community spirit, and warm, laid-back vibe, we’re now bringing the same energy to Marmion and we want you on our opening crew.

As a GP Manager, you’re the one who keeps the shift humming, the team on point, and the good vibes flowing. You’ll support venue management in day-to-day operations, lead by example on the floor, and ensure every guest walks out feeling like a local.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading a tight-knit front-of-house team during service

Managing floor flow and guest experience

Opening/closing the venue

Coordinating functions and events

Supporting rostering, stock control, and training

About You:

You’ve got hospitality running through your veins

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fast-paced venue

Strong communication and people management skills

Able to hustle through a busy service while keeping your cool

RSA certified and available for nights, weekends, and events
