DWS is seeking an experienced Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Developer / Technical Analysts for a 6+ month engagement.
Location is flexible, and can be done from our Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra or Adeliade office.
Working closely with our client in an embedded team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and support of PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules, particularly focusing on accounts, billing, and integration with third-party systems.

Rate: up to $900/day (ACN), or up to $200K inc super (max term)

Style: Hybrid; 3 days per week on-site

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customisations, interfaces, reports, and workflows using PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, etc.)
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and gather business requirements in collaboration with functional teams
• Perform end-to-end system integration testing and support production deployments
• Assist in upgrades and patching of PeopleSoft FSCM applications
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test scripts, and deployment guides
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot issues across FSCM modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, and external vendors

Skills and Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM
• Strong proficiency in PeopleTools: PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker (REST/SOAP), Component Interfaces
• Experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Linux scripting, and workflow engines (e.g., AWE).
• Proven track record in system upgrades, data conversion, and interface development.
• Experience working in Australian public sector, large enterprise or education environments.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, and use of Jira
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferrable Additional Experience

• Knowledge of Treasury Offset Program (TOP) or similar financial compliance systems
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments (OCI, AWS)
