About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Freerange Supplies' store in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Providing knowledgeable product advice to help customers find the right items

Accurately processing sales transactions at the checkout

Use IT tools to manage stock, sales, and customer data

Relationship building with suppliers, representatives, customers and correspondences between all parties

Maintaining the store's presentation and appearance to the highest standards

Restocking shelves and ensuring the store is well-organised and tidy

Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Flexible and reliable approach to work
