Your New Role
The role of Student Services Officer is a customer-service role that represents the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, assisting with all aspects of administrative support for College programmes. The Student Services Officer is also responsible for overseeing the front office team's management of student medical needs in relation to the College sick bay.

Essential Criteria
Some experience in a similar position, ideally within an educational setting
Relevant, demonstrable level of industry and technical knowledge in role discipline
Previous experience within a teaching, operational or administrative-related setting (preferred but not essential)
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise professionally with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Strong proficiency in digital literacy, including expertise with common office software applications and a proven ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technology and software systems.
Experience in using the Compass student information system with exposure to working with attendance and student data is desirable.
Capable of working in an environment that requires confidentiality.
Excellent memory, eye for detail and proven history of accurate work.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Well developed problem solving skills and a track record of continuous improvement.
The ability to work well with others.
To be flexible and open to change.
Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Current Working with Children's Check
Successful candidate to undergo a National Criminal History Check
First Aid and Mental Health First Aid Certificate are required or willingness to obtain.
Accreditation for Support Staff in a Catholic School (Category A, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga) or willing to achieve.
