Monarch Contracting is scaling across multiple commercial projects and we’re adding experienced Concreters and Shotcreters. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to roll, there’s real opportunity to fast-track into Leading Hand roles for the right people.

What you’ll be doing

Slab/footing/formwork support; placement, screeding, finishing & cure

Shotcrete works (nozzle, pump/boom, rebound management, QA)

Steel-fix support, set-out assistance, patch/repair & general concrete duties

Work to SWMS/ITPs and lift the standard on a busy commercial site

You’ll need

Commercial experience preferred (concrete/shotcrete)

Must pass drug & alcohol testing and ongoing site screening

Reliable, strong work ethic and punctuality

White Card; own PPE & transport

Nice to have: EWP, Working at Heights, HRWL, Confined Space, Nozzleman/pump exp
