At ACC, we deliver precision concreting across Western Australia’s commercial and high-end residential sectors.

We’re now seeking a highly skilled Concrete Finisher to join our professional team in Perth. This role suits an experienced tradesman who takes pride in their work, leads by example on site, and values being part of a respected local company.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for achieving the high-quality finishes ACC is known for — working on a mix of slabs, structural and large-scale pours.

Your day-to-day will include:

Placing, screeding and finishing concrete to a premium standard.

Operating mechanical trowels (ride-on and walk-behind) and hand tools.

Producing smooth, burnished, or textured finishes to spec.

Managing concrete crews & logistics when required

Working efficiently with supervisors and site teams to meet pour schedules.

Maintaining top-tier quality, productivity and safety standards.

What You’ll Bring

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience as a concrete finisher in commercial, civil or large-scale residential work.

✅ Proven experience in managing large concrete pours and subcontractors.
✅ Excellent finishing ability — both hand and machine.
✅ Proven track record of delivering consistent, high-quality results.
✅ Strong work ethic, attention to detail and reliability.
✅ Sound knowledge of concrete behaviour, curing and weather control.
✅ Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
✅ Additional tickets (EWP, First Aid, confined space, etc.) are a plus.
