About the Role

As a future Ninja, you will work with a diverse mix of clients (NDIS and private), with your caseload tailored to your interests across clinic, community and at home days (one a week). You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals to deliver integrated, evidence based care. We offer flexible hours and days, and you will have input into your schedule and caseload to support work–life balance. We currently have two Speech Pathologists in our team with three more starting soon with us.

Based at our Ipswich clinic, the role offers flexible days and hours and a mix of in clinic, community and at home work.

We also offer lower billable hours than industry standard, as we value long-term growth, giving you the time and space to train, mentor, and truly lead as our team expands.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Delivering high-quality, client-centred Speech Pathology services

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care

Assisting in designing and shaping our Speech Pathology service model

Participating in case discussions, service planning, and client goal setting

Maintain accurate records and reports aligned to NDIS and clinical standards

Contributing to a positive, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Speech Pathology, excited by being part of a fun and supportive team.

Skills and Experience:

Recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising registration

Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle

A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Current or readiness to obtain relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, Police Clearance)

Experience working in disability and/or community is desirable
