About the Role

As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you'll deliver engaging, evidence-based assessment and therapy to children across home, school, and community settings.
Your caseload will include supporting neurodivergent children and those with a range of communication needs, such as:

Developmental speech and language delays

Social communication and pragmatic skills

Literacy development

Fluency and voice therapy

Mealtime management

Orofacial myofunctional therapy

You'll gain experience in diverse environments and receive structured supervision, mentoring, and ongoing professional development from experienced clinicians.

Graduate Pathway

Graduate Speech Pathologist (Early 2026 Start)

Step directly into your role once you've completed your degree and are eligible for a full Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.

Remuneration & Benefits

💰 $78,000 - $80,000 per annum + Super (12%) + 4 weeks annual leave + travel expenses

About You

You'll be a great fit if you:

Have completed or completing a recognised Speech Pathology degree

Are eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership upon graduation

Have full Australian working rights

Are passionate about paediatric and family-centred practice

Have strong communication and organisational skills

Hold a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)

Are willing to obtain a Blue Card / Working with Children Check before your start date
