Beehive Vinyl Products are looking for applicants who want to work in a busy, friendly, collaborative environment.

Due to an increase in work commitments, we have vacancies for industrial sewing machinists/ workshop assistant. This role suits you if you are interested in learning to use industrial sewing machines to assist in manufacturing of vinyl tool bags as well as possibly other vinyl, canvas and shade cloth goods. Workshop Assistant duties will include but are not limited to, cutting, counting, sorting, welding of vinyl & canvas as well as other workshop duties.

Applicants must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

For sewing of tool bags, experience in operating industrial sewing machines is preferred, however applicants experienced in operating lighter duty sewing machines and / or applicants willing to learn to sew on industrial machines are welcome to apply. On job training will be provided in use of industrial machines. If you are conscientious, have a great eye for detail, fit for work, energetic, aim to meet production deadlines, have basic numeracy skills and able to work in a team environment.

Positions available are casual position however the ideally we wish to offer full time employment in the future to suitable applicants. Flexibility is also available to suitable candidates.
