Operators – Fulltime (day shift only)

Minecon Recruitment have partnered with a leading mining organisation to find experienced Operators for a crucial mine rehabilitation project. In this full-time, 44-week role, you'll be instrumental in achieving environmental goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. This opportunity is a full-time position on a mine site based in the Moura region, Queensland.

Your Responsibilities:

Working under the guidance of the Mining and Rehabilitation General Manager and supervisors, you will:

Safely and efficiently operate heavy mobile plant machinery

Collaborate with your team to deliver high-quality, effective rehabilitation outcomes.

Support site production goals while prioritizing safety and environmental standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Experience: A minimum of two years of experience operating heavy earth moving machinery within a mine site or rehabilitation setting.

Valid Driver’s Licence

Standard 11 Certificate

Coal Board Medical

RII and/or Training transcripts from a previous mine site

Commitment: The ability to commit to the entire 44-week project program.

Compliance: The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

Working Rights: Proof of Australian working rights.
