Responsibilities

The successful individual will be responsible for working alongside and assisting the SA Operations Manager in running/maintaining warehouse, Administration Duties and office support. May involve some LR driving on occasion.

Core objectives include but not limited to:

Communicate effectively with customers to meet client demands and delivery and pickup schedules

Dedicated and informed planning to ensure maximum productivity is achieved

Pick/Pack orders and be a good hands-on person

Forklift Licence a must

Administrative duties

Load planning, and mass management

Sound knowledge and experience with Dispatch operations and/ or warehousing

Ensure you are compliant with OHS

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Physically fit to be able to endure the manual lifting tasks

May be required to drive LR truck for deliveries / collections

Great verbal communication skills

Reliable/Honest/Hard Working/Can do attitude

Excellent Data Entry & IT Skills

Your Schedule

Working hours: must be able to work 8-hour days between 6am to 6pm (40-hour week).

Location: Green Fields, SA

Qualifications

Transport / Warehouse Industry experience 2+ years

Sound computer knowledge - Outlook / Office and TMS systems (desired)

Forklift Licence / LF with 1 or more years’ experience

Have experience unloading PUD fleet with general and oversized freight

Sound knowledge of legal weight distribution

Knowledge of load restraint

LR licence would be an advantage
