
Allied Health Family Support Coordinator – Integrated Hub

The Allied Health Family Support Coordinator, Integrated Hub works in partnership with other staff and the local community to reduce developmental vulnerability (as defined by AEDC) by strengthening access to place based service provision for families and children based on locally identified needs. Using an integrated approach, the allied health coordinator will identify and implement relevant place-based activities and community focused service connections to support families, children and on-site service providers. This includes specific allied health services using a range of trauma informed, early childhood and culturally responsive evidence-based models and skills. It will establish working relationships with other community services in response to the needs of children and families, particularly those experiencing social isolation, high levels of vulnerability and trauma. The role will support the Office of Early Childhood Development Integrated Hub Service Model and its delivery to achieve improved educational, social, health and developmental outcomes.
