Final Trim Operator | Civil & Earthmoving | NSW

We’re looking for an experienced Final Trim Operator to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality civil and earthmoving projects across The Southern Highlands and Riverina Area.

The Role

As a Final Trim Operator, you’ll be responsible for achieving accurate levels and smooth finishes on a range of civil construction projects. You’ll be operating late-model machinery and working alongside a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators (and ideally grader) for final trim works on civil and earthmoving projects.

Read and interpret plans, levels, and set-outs.

Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other operators to achieve precise results.

Maintain machinery and ensure safe, efficient operation at all times.

Uphold site safety and environmental standards.

About You

Proven experience as a Operator.

High level of Professionalism.

Competent using GPS and laser systems.

Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver accurate final trims.

White Card and relevant plant tickets (willing to obtain).

Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player.
