About the role

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking a highly organised and discreet Administrative Officer to support the Information Management & Operational Systems (IMOS) Leadership team and the Chief Information Officer. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide confidential secretarial and administrative services, manage calendars and appointments, coordinate meetings, and act as Minutes Secretary. You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress divisional matters and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will also include organising workshops and events, preparing management reports, arranging travel and accommodation, and handling procurement tasks such as PPE and stationery orders. With a focus on professionalism and efficiency, you’ll contribute to the overall performance of the division while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and service. This is a dynamic opportunity to be at the heart of a fast-paced, high-impact team.

About You!

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Skilled in providing high-level secretarial support with strong knowledge of office procedures and systems.

Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively while driving improvements and supporting others.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.

Strong planning and multitasking abilities, with solid computer literacy in relevant software applications.

There is one permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months.
