YOUR NEW ROLE

In this key pivotal role, reporting to an industry-leading high profile CEO/Principal RMA+ 4 assistants to support you, you will enjoy the challenge+ satisfaction of:

Highly autonomously managing your own visa cases/clients (80-90% employer sponsored, 10-20% partner visas ) liaising with clients, providing technical advice including visa options, eligibility, application merits, drafting submissions/labour agreements/letters of advice, preparing and lodging visa applications & liaising with Dept of Home Affairs/other government bodies liaising with immigration authorities and responding to refusals.

Mentoring/leading 4 migration assistants (located overseas).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

Are a qualified RMA with minimum 3 years (or more) in a similar role including in employer sponsored visas (407/482/186 )+ partner visas + DAMAs (preferable);

have solid technical knowledge of current Australian migration laws/policies and general practice/procedures in relation to employer sponsored+ partner visas (essential);

Have proven ability to manage your own visa cases in a busy fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and lodging minimum 20-30 visa applications/month.

have high accuracy/attention to detail (essential), proactive, results and deadline driven & passionate about making a positive impact on real people’s lives.

have excellent communication/people/client-service skills+ IT/tech savvy;

are hungry to advance +seeking a long-term career with a premier migration firm who invests in their staff.
