About the role

Primo Education and Visa Services is seeking an experienced Registered Migration Agent to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a Registered Migration Agent, you will be providing accurate, ethical, and professional migration advice and visa application services to clients seeking to study, work, or settle in Australia. The role involves assessing clients’ eligibility, preparing and lodging visa applications, maintaining compliance with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) Code of Conduct.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive immigration and visa assistance to individual and corporate clients

Assessing client eligibility and recommending the most suitable visa options

Preparing and lodging visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation

Liaising with government authorities and other stakeholders to facilitate the visa application process

Keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies, and advising clients accordingly

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships

Mentoring and training junior team members on best practices in migration services

What we're looking for

Registered Migration Agent with at least 1 year of demonstrated experience in the field

Thorough understanding of Australian immigration laws, regulations, and visa application processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to client issues

Exceptional customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their migration goals

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach

Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support visa application processes
