Customer Experience Consultant (Full-Time | Hybrid Work)
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you’ll report directly to the Head of Customer Experience and play a key role in delivering seamless, end-to-end service for our customers — from their first enquiry to their post-rental follow-up. You’ll join a supportive team that prides itself on being a one-stop shop for customer needs, where reliable and exceptional customer service drives everything we do.
Your primary responsibilities of the role will include:
Develop and maintain customer relationships with corporate, leisure & commercial customers.
Manage all aspects of a customer’s Enterprise experience both online and over the phone.
Communicate with our suppliers providing accurate information regarding reservations, availability, and location information.
Liaise with locations and departments to follow up on customer feedback ensure a swift and accurate response
Meet specified time-frames and quality standards
Maintain documentation and records to high standards
General administration duties
About You
Our ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in customer service and/ or the claims handling process and will have the following skills and attributes:
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Adaptive verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Genuine desire to help customers and resolve issues.
Organisation skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to follow processes, procedures and maintain documentation and records to high standards.
