About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Veterinary Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.
This is a busy and rewarding position where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the clinic.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone

Scheduling appointments and managing the vets’ daily calendar

Processing payments and maintaining accurate client records

Supporting the veterinary team with general administrative tasks

Keeping the reception area tidy, calm, and professional

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Thrives in a busy environment and can multitask effectively

Works well within a supportive team

Has a warm, caring manner and genuine love for animals

Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is an advantage, but not essential

Hours

Average 29.5 hours per week

3 weekdays per week (set roster to be discussed)

1 in 4 Saturday mornings
