Duties
Respond efficiently to customer calls and email queries.
Process and complete transactions and orders from clients in a timely fashion.
Maintain positive client relationships.
Solve problems and resolve issues quickly.
Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Skills & Experience
Prior experience in a high-volume customer service or administration role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and excellent data entry speed/accuracy.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and police clearance.
