Leading & Innovative Accounting firm seeking a Business Services Manager / Senior Manager to join their growing Business Advisory division.

Work on your own client portfolio to oversee and manage a fee base of approx. $1M and a team of 5 accountants. Clients range from a variety of industry sectors, with the majority of clients ranging up to $100M turnover and some other large private groups.

Work closely with partners to lead a team of accountants. Partnership pathway is also available.

The role covers the:

Preparation and finalisation of complex income tax returns and accounts

Formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST and more

Tax planning and forecasting, business advisory and restructuring advice

Train, mentor and delegate to team members including review of their work

Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines

Providing support to Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives

Skills & Experience:

Currently working in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity in public practice

CA/CPA qualified

Demonstrated technical; client and staff management experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen
