Job Description
You’ll play a key leadership role overseeing client relationships, workflow management, and team development within the business advisory division. Working closely with the Partners, you’ll be trusted to deliver quality outcomes and proactive advice.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and reviewing complex compliance and advisory work
• Leading and developing a motivated team of Accountants
• Providing commercial insights and strategic guidance to clients
• Overseeing workflow, client deadlines, and internal processes
• Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Contributing to business improvement and practice initiatives

Successful Applicant
• CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years’ business services/advisory experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication, commercial thinking, and technical expertise
• Client-centric approach with a genuine interest in building relationships
