The Role

As the Wellness Registered Nurse, you’ll work closely with the Wellness Coordinator, GPs, and allied health staff to:

Deliver comprehensive health assessments and care plans

Support chronic disease management, medication administration, and health education

Participate in health promotion and wellbeing initiatives

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and community members

Promote culturally safe and accessible primary health care

About You

Current AHPRA registration (RN Division 1)

Experience in primary health, GP clinic, or community nursing

Strong knowledge of chronic disease management and health promotion

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to culturally safe practice

Valid driver’s licence and ability to obtain Police & WWCC clearances
