You will lead skilled crews, provide leadership, direction and mentoring to apprentices and younger colleagues, solve on-site challenges, and deliver standout results for residential clients.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and inspire crews on-site to deliver safe, on-time, high-quality work

Read and interpret plans, set grades, establish slopes, and ensure proper drainage

Build and finish retaining walls, segmental/block systems, stonework, steps, patios, and paved surfaces

Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors; keep projects on schedule and on budget

Troubleshoot unexpected site issues with practical, creative solutions

Train crew members, enforce safety standards, and maintain daily logs and progress reports

Inspect finished work, communicate with clients, and ensure satisfaction

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in structural landscaping / hardscape construction

Strong skills with site grading and experience on Excavators – Dingos - Bobcats

Proficient with grade-checking instruments (laser level)

Able to read and verify construction plans and details

Demonstrated leadership, crew management, and problem-solving abilities

Valid driver’s license

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varied conditions

OSHA or safety certifications and trade/landscape credentials a plus
