Construction Labourers with Carpentry Experience – Modular & Transportable Builds

Join our growing team at Streamline West, where we specialise in high-quality modular and transportable homes built right here in Perth. Work in our state-of-the-art construction facility near Perth Airport and be part of a tight-knit crew that takes pride in precision, efficiency, and teamwork.

💰 Pay Rate: $32.91 – $50.00 per hour (depending on skill level, with room to grow into a leadership role)
🕡 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
🔧 All tools supplied

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable and motivated labourers with carpentry experience to assist across a range of modular home construction tasks, including:
✅ Framing, fascia, gutters & barges
✅ Roof cladding & eave lining
✅ Installing windows and door frames
✅ External Gyprock and finishing work
✅ General site and factory duties

If you’ve worked as a carpenter, builder’s labourer, or in any hands-on trade, this role is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive and efficient team.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid White Card
• Carpentry experience (preferred but not essential)
• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player looking for long-term employment and growth
