The Opportunity We are now seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join the Saint Haven Limitless team, where you will blend elite clinical practice with operational impact. This is a hands-on, strategic, and member‑centric role where your work contributes not only to individual well-being but also to the growth of a next‑generation wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary clinical care: IV infusions, injections, diagnostic testing, health monitoring, and escalation of findings
• Serve as a trusted clinical liaison for Limitless members - offer guidance, education, reassurance and continuity of care
• Ensure rigorous clinical governance: documentation, compliance, infection control, medication safety
• Drive operational excellence: improve workflows, protocols, systems and templates
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams - doctors, allied health, wellness coaches, operations
• Support innovation in preventive health, technology integration and elevated service design

About You: Ideally, you will have experience in preventive health, longevity or integrative wellness, and may also have a background in workflow design or quality improvement. Exposure to luxury, boutique or high-touch healthcare environments is highly valued, along with a strong passion for outstanding patient/client care, innovation, technology, and the future of healthcare. Essential for the role:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. (This position is classified as Registered Nurse Level 2 under the Nurses Award 2020)
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (hospital, primary care, wellness/IV clinic)
• Strong skills in IV cannulation, pathology interpretation, clinical documentation
• Excellent patient/member communication - explain complex medical information in clear, empathetic terms
• Impeccable attention to detail, confidentiality, and clinical governance
• Comfort with digital health systems and clinical platforms
• A dedication to safe practice and professional standards

The Offer: The role is offered as a permanent full-time position based in Toorak (occasionally travelling to South Yarra or Collingwood clubs). The hours are from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday, and may include an occasional weekend. A competitive hourly rate range between $50-$55 p/hour plus super is offered depending on experience.
