Mobile Lab is the go-to destination for fast, expert phone repairs inside the bustling Westfield Doncaster shopping centre. We're expanding our team and seeking a skilled Mobile Technician who's not only a wizard with device repairs but also thrives in sales and store leadership.

The Role:

• Repair Expert: Diagnose and fix smartphones, tablets, and accessories (screen replacements, battery swaps, water damage, software issues, etc.) with precision and speed.

• Sales & Customer Champion: Greet customers, recommend upgrades/accessories, upsell repair packages, and turn every interaction into a 5-star experience.

• Store Manager Duties: Open/close the kiosk, manage stock/inventory, handle cash/EFTPOS, maintain a spotless display, and ensure daily targets are smashed.

• Team Player: Work solo or alongside colleagues during peak hours, keeping the vibe energetic and professional.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in mobile phone repairs (iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.) – certifications a bonus!

• Minimum 2+ years of mobile phone repair experience required.

• Strong sales skills with a track record of hitting KPIs.

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience required.

• Excellent communication – you'll explain complex fixes in simple terms.

• Reliability, punctuality, and a cool head under pressure (retail gets busy!).

• Availability for flexible retail hours (weekends & late-night trade essential).

• Police check and RSA not required, but a friendly smile is!
