The Role

We have full time opportunities for diligent armed security officers at a Melbourne based location/s.

These are rewarding long term positions, operating Monday to Friday.

The role primarily includes site access control, screening people / vehicles / contractors, patrols, emergency response, additional paid training.

Pay guide: Above award rates $41 - $50 p/hr base, plus entitlements.

Required

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques

Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities

High standards of integrity

A thorough understanding of relevant laws & regulations

Working effectively with other security & emergency responders is crucial

Strong customer service focus

Competency in Google and Microsoft Office applications

Experience with CCTV and Access Control software is desirable

Victorian Individual Security Licence

Victorian Firearms Licence
