We are currently recruiting for an experienced full-time Team Leader to join the Maintenance Department, providing our long-standing clients with high quality service and support.

Working throughout the metro area and beyond, and at times under your own supervision, we are looking for an energetic team player who is experienced in working in Landscaping and Turf Management, take pride in their work and have a can do attitude.

Your skills you will bring to the role will be:

Demonstrates minimum of 3 years in Horticultural care

Reliable transport

Ability to work effectively towards client scheduling and requirements

MR Licence and White Card desirable

Experience with commercial horticultural equipment and ride-on mowers.

Experience in working with small equipment e.g. Push mowers, trimmers, blowers, brush cutters etc.

Pesticide spray licence desirable

Basic traffic management desirable

Knowledgeable in Workplace Health & Safety

Whilst being hands on lead the team to meet deadlines in accordance with the daily scope of works as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and in accordance to the Company standards (SOP) as required

Assist the Supervisor with the scheduling the site mowing maintenance

Ability to motivate staff
