At Tranquil Gardens, we're looking for an experienced Allrounder to join our team four days a week (Monday to Thursday). This flexible role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of tasks — from mowing and pruning to helping build and shape new landscapes.

What You'll Be Doing

Your week will bring plenty of variety, including:
• Lawn mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, and general garden maintenance
• Softscaping – planting, mulching, laying turf
• Reticulation installation, repair, and maintenance
• Assisting with landscape construction – paving, limestone blockwork, edging, and garden features
• Operating a range of tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation for every site you work on

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:
• Has solid experience in garden maintenance or landscaping (both ideal)
• Is reliable, well-presented, and takes pride in their work
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Holds a Manual C Class driver's licence (essential)
• Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors in all weather
• Has great attention to detail and a positive attitude

Additional skills such as reticulation experience, equipment operation (e.g. Dingo, ride-on mower), or trade background will be highly regarded.
