We’re seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead mining and infrastructure projects across QLD’s resource sector from haul roads and dams to levees and diversion drains for Tier 1 clients

You’ll drive project delivery from concept to completion, manage multidisciplinary teams, and mentor the next generation of engineers. This is a key leadership role in a collaborative, people-first global Engineering consultancy.

What you’ll bring:

10+ years’ civil engineering experience, ideally in mining or heavy infrastructure

Proven project leadership and client relationship skills

CPEng/RPEQ (or working towards)

Strong technical expertise across roads, drainage, earthworks, and water management

A hands-on, proactive, and team-focused approach
