The Position:
As a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in building a cutting-edge Kubernetes-based platform that supports a variety of workloads, from advanced modelling to GPU-accelerated tasks.

You will optimise development, testing, deployment, and maintenance processes to ensure they are as efficient and code-driven as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance toolchain support, including CI/CD pipelines, test environments, vulnerability scanning, and automated Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployment tooling.
• Deeply understand the software stack to contribute to platform architecture and application improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for cloud operations and implement them proactively.
• Champion DevOps culture, driving innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and cloud-agnostic, supporting various public clouds and private infrastructures.
• Keep learning and applying the latest knowledge to stay at the forefront of platform engineering.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working as Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar roles.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management and maintenance in production.
• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux CD.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or GCP, with experience in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for Kubernetes environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, and the ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• Proficiency in languages like Go and Python, with the ability to debug applications.
• A proactive problem-solver with a passion for implementing the latest technologies and methods.

Desirables, but not essential:

• Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)
• Certifications in AWS (SAA/SAP) or GCP (ACE/PCA).
• Familiarity with CNCF projects and tools.

Salary Package and Benefits:

• up to $180K Base + Super + Bonus (depending on experience).
