Physiotherapist (Western Suburbs)

Are you a physiotherapist who loves flexibility and purpose? Best Home Therapy is expanding across Melbourne’s west — and we’re looking for a motivated part-time Physiotherapist to join our friendly, clinician-led team.

The Role

This is a part-time ongoing position (3–4 days per week), however you can work as much or as little as you want with full time and casual available.
You’ll visit clients in their homes, providing personalised, one-on-one care that helps them stay mobile, independent, and confident in daily life.

You’ll be backed by a proactive admin team, collaborative clinicians, and regular professional development opportunities — all within a culture that values care, connection, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

Deliver thorough assessments and individualised treatment plans

Provide hands-on support for mobility, strength, pain management, and falls prevention

Educate and empower clients and families to manage health at home

Collaborate with OTs, support coordinators, GPs, and case managers

Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

Based in or near Melbourne’s western suburbs, with a car and valid driver’s licence

Confident working independently in the community

Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills

Experience with older adults, NDIS, or Home Care Packages is highly valued

Passionate about person-centred, holistic care
