The successful candidate must have:

- Completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has an ACECQA recognised qualification.

- An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations, the Assessment and Rating Process and Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting Guidelines.

- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and how to implement this in practice.

- A commitment to professional development and personal growth.

- A current Working with Children Check, rights to work in Australia, current First Aid Qualifications and be able to provide at least two (2) current references. Regand Park ECEC takes child protection and child safety very seriously. We do not employ prohibited persons and have procedures in place to ensure the safety and supervision of children and staff is paramount.
