Room Leader - Nursery

We are searching for a passionate & experienced room leader to join our Team in January 2026 as a Nursery Room Leader. This full-time role will provide you with the opportunity:

support children in their development, interests, and well-being through our monthly educational program, in-service experiences, and excursions.

working alongside educators who have many years of experience and are confident in our policies, procedures, and philosophy.

incorporating natural elements into our play-based learning programs, creating inviting learning spaces, and building strong and meaningful relationships with our families and children.

This position will be supported with mentoring and further development and support in leadership skills and the opportunity to upskill as an educator.

About Us

Explore & Develop Roseville is a purpose-built service that opened in July 2020. Our service boasts spacious classrooms and large outdoor play spaces. The service is privately owned/operated by a Diploma Educator with over 13yrs experience and a mum of two children. Our Early Childhood Education and Care service caters to 98 children a day aged from 6 weeks - 6 years. We encourage children to learn and grow at their own pace and to provide a haven for young children to grow and develop socially, emotionally, physically, and academically. Transport - Our service is located close to Chatswood or is an express bus from Wynyard Station. Undercover parking is available for staff

We are near the Woolworths in Chatswood East

Skills and experience

Early Childhood Qualification - Certificate III or Diploma

Passion for working with children

Working with Children Check (NSW)

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Proactive with a can-do attitude
