Join a high growth fintech that’s redefining business lending in Australia. With over a decade of experience solving complex credit challenges for SMEs, this business is continuing to scale and looking for a Credit Manager to help shape the future of their small to mid-market lending.

You’ll assess and structure credit for small to mid-sized businesses, focused on commercial transactions such as cashflow lending and asset finance. Partnering closely with the sales and relationship teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering smart, tech-driven credit decisions that balance risk, commerciality, and speed.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct end-to-end credit assessments using financial statements, bank data, and alternative sources.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Brokers to structure tailored funding solutions.
• Analyse financial and non-financial risk to make informed, timely lending decisions.
  Maintain accuracy and compliance across systems and documentation.
  Support ongoing portfolio management and periodic reviews of existing clients.
  Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and strengthen risk outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven background in commercial credit analysis or credit management, ideally with DLA.
• Strong understanding of cashflow lending, asset finance, and SME credit is essential.
• Ability to make balanced, pragmatic decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• A confident communicator who can work collaboratively across teams.
