What you’ll be doing
Here’s an opportunity to make a difference!! To start, you’ll assist your Supervisor and Area Manager with the set-up and opening of our brand new OSHC service in West Leederville. Once operational, you’ll support the team by implementing effective service programs, monitoring behaviour and ratios, while building positive relationships with the children and their parents.
You’ll be great in this role if you…
- (for OSHC supervisor applicants ) Have an ACECQA approved qualification; Certificate IV in children’s studies, Diploma in Children’s Services (0-14)or a Bachelor of Education or equivalent. (Overseas qualification must be assessed by ACECQA) and Have previously led (or mentored) a team of educators
- (for Qualified Educator applicants) Hold an ACECQA approved Cert IV from a recognised institution in OSHC or a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education/Teaching or equivalent
- (for Assistant Educator applicants) Have a natural desire to help children develop and learn while kick-starting your career in the children services industry
- (For Supervisor Applicants) Have previously led (or mentored) a team of educators
- Have implemented programs for 4-to-12-year olds
- Love inspiring and educating primary school age children
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
- Can obtain the necessary First Aid certifications
